You will receive an e-mail bid on the home based on $0.06 per square foot (minimum $125), location of home (travel costs outside Fayette County) and any options you've selected.
Once we receive your approval of the bid we will set up a date/time with you to perform the scan and photograph the home.
We arrive at the home at the appointed time and walk through the home making it sure it is "photo ready".
We turn on lights, adjust blinds, and open/close doors as needed.
A 2,000 sq ft home will take between 60 and 90 minutes to scan and photograph (multi-story homes a little longer).
We scan and photograph the "heated spaces" of the home (MLS square footage).
Closets will not be scanned (unless they are walk-in) but will be photographed and tagged in the Virtual Tour so home buyers can see inside the closets (subject to home seller approval).
Garages will be scanned/360 panorama/photographed at our discretion.
A minimum of one 360 panorama will be taken in the front and back yards and will be tagged in the Virtual Tour.
Outdoor photos of the front, back, and side of the home will be taken.
We return the home to how we found it, lights, blinds, and doors, and ensure all exterior doors are closed and locked.
We strive to have your Virtual Tour and photos ready the following business day, occasionally it will not be ready until the second business day.
You will receive an e-mail when everything is ready with the link to the Virtual Tour that can be added to LBAR, Realtor.com, and other sites.
You have unlimited use of the floorplan (if purchased) and any pictures we generate, the Virtual Tour remains the property of U R Virtually There and can be used in our marketing.
The Virtual Tour will remain available on the Internet for a period of six months, or less if the home is sold and closes, a $25 fee is assessed for each three month extension after six months.
The e-mail will also include your photos, the number of photos depends on the square footage of the home, minimum of 50, will work with you on how many for larger projects.
Your invoice will arrive via e-mail the day after you have access to your Virtual Tour and photos.
Currently we offer three options for Residential Real Estate:
The floorplan is 99% accurate within the areas of the home we scan. The floorplan will show different floors and be delivered in PDF so you can send and print it as often as you like. The floorplan will not include closets (except walk-in closets) since most are too small to properly scan.
Dedicated Website ($250)
Every home selling for more that $350,000 should have their own website. The website will be customized for the realtor and their company as well as the home. With a dedicated website you have more space to describe the home and its features and have as many pictures, videos, and virtual tours as needed to capture the imagination of the home buyer. The $250 will keep the website up and running for one year, or until the home closes. If the home has not sold after one year there will be a $50/yr renewal fee.
Extensions on Your Virtual Tour ($25/3 months)
Occasionally your home will not sell in the first six months, if this happens we charge a $25 fee for three additional months of hosting your Virtual Tour. Your pictures and floorplan (if purchased) are yours to keep at no additional charge.
We expect to receive e-mail permission from the realtor to enter the property along with the Supra EKey CBS code (if applicable), or to have the realtor present during the scanning and photograph.y
We expect the home to be "photo ready", if not we will contact the realtor to reschedule or agree upon additional charges.
We expect the home to be empty of people and pets, if that is not possible we will work with the realtor to minimize any disruption which would increase our time on site and possible impact the quality of our services.
We expect to be notified as soon as possible if there is a change in a date/time to scan/photograph a home, anytime the day before is appreciated, but at least one hour before is required.
If we are not able to keep an appointment we will notify you as soon as we can and if possible reschedule to whenever is convenient for you and the homeowner.
Payment for services is due upon receipt of the bill, we accept PayPal, Credit Card, and checks. If paying by check it can be mailed, or we will pick it up at the time and location we agree to.
